Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Sale Terms") govern your purchase of physical merchandise, made-to-order goods, and other products (collectively, "Products") from this online store (the "Store," "we," "us," or "our"). They form a legally binding contract between you (the "Customer," "you," or "your") and the Store.

PLEASE READ THESE SALE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. By placing an order, submitting payment, or otherwise completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Sale Terms together with our Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Return Policy (for example, items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted), all purchases are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable. See the "Final Sale" section below.

1. Definitions

• "Order" means your request to purchase one or more Products from the Store.
• "Made-to-Order Product" means an item that is manufactured, printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized specifically for you after you place your Order, including most apparel and accessories.
• "Store Credit" means promotional balance we may issue that can be applied toward eligible Orders as described in Section 8.
• "Fulfillment Partner" means a third-party manufacturer, print provider, or logistics provider that produces and/or ships Products on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an Order. By placing an Order you represent and warrant that (a) you meet this requirement, (b) all information you provide is accurate and complete, (c) you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, and (d) your purchase complies with all applicable laws.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We strive to describe and display Products accurately. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, colors, sizing, weights, availability, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Color and appearance. Actual colors may vary from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting, dye lots, and manufacturing variation. Slight variations are normal and are not defects.
• Made-to-order variation. Print placement, sizing, and finish may vary slightly between items. Minor variations within accepted tolerances are not defects.
• Availability. Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per Order, and may discontinue any Product at any time.
• Sizing. You are responsible for reviewing sizing information and any size chart before ordering. Because most Products are made to order, we cannot exchange items for a different size. See the Return Policy.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless expressly noted. Prices are subject to change at any time before you place an Order.

• Errors. Despite our efforts, a Product may occasionally be mispriced. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we may, at our discretion, cancel the Order and refund any amount charged, or contact you for instructions. We are not obligated to honor an obviously erroneous price.
• Promotions. Discounts, coupons, and promotional pricing are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added, excise, and other taxes, duties, and governmental charges associated with your Order, except taxes based on our net income. Estimated taxes shown at checkout may differ from the final amount charged, which is calculated based on applicable rates at the time your Order is fulfilled and your shipping destination.

6. Order Placement, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Your submission of an Order is an offer to purchase. No contract of sale exists until we accept your Order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself constitute acceptance.

• Right to refuse. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock limitations, or violations of these Sale Terms.
• Your cancellations. Because Products are made to order, an Order generally enters production shortly after it is placed and cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately; we will honor a cancellation only if production has not yet started.
• Our cancellations. If we cancel an Order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items to your original payment method or, where applicable, as Store Credit.

7. Payment

By submitting payment you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total Order amount, including Products, shipping, handling, and applicable taxes, less any Store Credit applied.

• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the associated information is accurate.
• If a charge is declined, reversed, or cannot be completed, we may cancel or suspend the affected Order.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

8. Store Credit and Rewards

We may issue Store Credit that you can earn through activities (such as attending a class, posting on social media, referrals, or reviews) and apply toward eligible Orders.

• Store Credit is a promotional benefit, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable.
• Store Credit may be applied only at this Store, may be capped per Order, and cannot reduce shipping or taxes unless expressly stated.
• Store Credit may expire, be adjusted, suspended, or revoked, including if we determine it was earned through fraud, abuse, error, or violation of these Sale Terms.
• If an Order paid partly with Store Credit is cancelled or a refund is issued, the portion paid with Store Credit is generally returned as Store Credit, not cash.
• Store Credit balances and eligibility rules may change at any time.

9. Production and Fulfillment

Most Products are made to order and produced by a Fulfillment Partner after your Order is accepted. Production and fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by demand, materials availability, and other factors outside our control.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Estimates. Shipping methods, rates, and delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Addresses. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.
• Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.
• International orders. You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Packages refused or unclaimed may be treated as final without refund.

11. Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges

Because our Products are predominantly made to order and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, without limitation: change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, fit, color expectations within normal variation, or delivery delays.

The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially not as ordered, and any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. Those situations are handled under our Return Policy, subject to the claim deadlines and photo-proof requirements described there. Nothing in these Sale Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE RETURN POLICY OR REQUIRED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR FULFILLMENT PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Sale Terms or your misuse of any Product.

15. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, and content associated with a Product are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants you ownership of the physical Product only; it does not transfer any intellectual-property rights, and you may not reproduce, resell for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from the designs without authorization.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, carrier failures, pandemics, or governmental actions.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Sale Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through the courts or dispute-resolution process required by applicable law in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

18. Changes to These Sale Terms

We may update these Sale Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an Order governs that Order. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued purchasing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
